プライバシーポリシー

Warble（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本ポリシーでは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

1. 収集する情報について

本アプリは、原則として開発者のサーバーへ個人情報や利用情報を送信・保存しません。ただし、本アプリは以下の外部サービスとの通信を行います。

• Apple Music（MusicKit）
• LRCLIB（歌詞の取得）
• 開発者が管理するサーバー（メドレーのSNS共有機能）

本アプリはAppleのMusicKitを利用するため、利用者の許可を得た場合に限り、以下の情報へアクセスします。

• Apple Musicライブラリ
• Apple Music Catalog（楽曲・アルバム・アーティスト等）の情報

これらの情報は、本アプリ内で音楽再生やライブラリ表示を行う目的でのみ利用されます。

2. メドレーのSNS共有について

利用者がメドレーのSNS共有機能を利用した場合に限り、次の情報が開発者のサーバーへ送信され、最大24時間保管されます。

• メドレーのタイトル
• メドレーに含まれる曲の情報（曲名・アーティスト名・曲ID等）

これらのメドレー情報は、共有リンクを介した受け渡し以外の目的には用いられず、その他の用途で収集・利用されることはありません。

メドレー情報へのアクセスには共有リンクが必要です。共有リンクの有効期限は24時間であり、期限経過後は当該情報へアクセスできなくなります。

3. 情報の利用目的

取得した情報は以下の目的にのみ利用します。

• Apple Musicライブラリの表示
• Apple Music Catalogの検索・参照
• 音楽の再生機能の提供
• メドレーの共有リンクを介した受け渡し（共有機能利用時）

4. 外部へのデータ送信

本アプリは、広告配信サービス、アクセス解析、マーケティングツール、クラッシュレポート収集サービス等は利用していません。

メドレーのSNS共有機能を利用した場合に限り、上記「2. メドレーのSNS共有について」に記載の情報を開発者のサーバーへ送信します。それ以外の利用者情報を開発者のサーバーへ送信することはありません。

なお、MusicKitおよびApple Musicのサービス利用に伴う通信は、Appleのサービスとの間で行われます。これらの通信およびデータの取り扱いについてはAppleのプライバシーポリシーに従います。

5. 第三者への提供

開発者は、利用者情報を第三者へ提供・販売・共有することはありません。メドレーの共有情報は、共有リンクを知る相手が本アプリを通じて取得できる場合に限られ、開発者が第三者へ販売・提供するものではありません。

6. データの保存

メドレーのSNS共有機能により送信された情報は、開発者のサーバー上に最大24時間保管された後、アクセスできなくなります。

上記以外について、開発者は利用者情報を保存・保持しません。本アプリ内で利用されるその他のデータは、端末またはAppleのサービス上で管理されます。

7. 利用者の権利

Apple Musicライブラリへのアクセス許可は、iOSの「設定」アプリからいつでも変更または取り消すことができます。

メドレーの共有は利用者自身の操作によって行われます。共有したくない場合は、共有機能を利用しないでください。共有リンクは24時間で無効になります。

8. お子様の利用について

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象として個人情報を収集することを目的としていません。

9. プライバシーポリシーの変更

法令の改正や本アプリの機能変更等に応じて、本ポリシーを改定する場合があります。

Privacy Policy

Warble ("the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

As a general rule, the App does not collect, transmit, or store your personal information or usage data on the developer's servers. However, the App communicates with the following external services:

• Apple Music (MusicKit)
• LRCLIB (lyrics retrieval)
• Servers operated by the developer (for the medley SNS sharing feature)

With your permission, the App accesses your Apple Music Library and Apple Music Catalog information solely to provide music playback and library features.

2. Medley SNS Sharing

Only when you use the medley SNS sharing feature, the following information is sent to the developer's servers and retained for up to 24 hours:

• The medley title
• Information about songs included in the medley (such as song titles, artist names, and song IDs)

This medley information is used solely to enable sharing via a share link. It is not collected or used for any other purpose.

Access to medley information requires the share link. Share links are valid for 24 hours, after which the information can no longer be accessed.

3. Purpose of Use

• Display your Apple Music library
• Search and browse the Apple Music Catalog
• Provide music playback features
• Enable medley sharing via a share link (when you use the sharing feature)

4. Data Transmission

The App does not use advertising, analytics, marketing, or crash reporting services.

Only when you use the medley SNS sharing feature does the App send the information described in "2. Medley SNS Sharing" to the developer's servers. The App does not otherwise send user information to the developer's servers.

Communications related to MusicKit and Apple Music are handled directly between your device and Apple and are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

The developer does not sell, share, or provide user information to third parties. Shared medley information is accessible only to people who have the share link and retrieve it through the App; it is not sold or provided by the developer to third parties.

6. Data Storage

Information sent through the medley SNS sharing feature is retained on the developer's servers for up to 24 hours, after which it can no longer be accessed.

Aside from the above, the developer does not store user information. Other data used by the App is managed on your device or through Apple's services.

7. Your Rights

You can change or revoke the App's access to your Apple Music library at any time in the iOS Settings app.

Medley sharing occurs only when you choose to use the feature. If you do not wish to share, do not use the sharing feature. Share links expire after 24 hours.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended to collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated in response to legal requirements or changes to the App's functionality.
