ReadMaster サブスクリプション利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、ReadMaster（以下「本アプリ」）におけるサブスクリプションサービス（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスをご利用いただく前に、以下の内容をご確認ください。

第1条（サブスクリプション概要）

1. 本サービスは、「ReadMaster Plus」として提供され、購読期間中は以下の特典を利用できます。
   • 機能制限の解除
   • 特別な背景画像およびBGMの利用
2. サブスクリプションの種類および料金は以下の通りです。
   • ReadMaster Plus（月額）：200円（税込）／1か月
   • ReadMaster Plus（6か月）：1,000円（税込）／6か月

第2条（自動更新）

1. 本サービスは自動更新型サブスクリプションです。購読期間終了の24時間前までに自動更新をオフにしない限り、契約は自動的に更新され、同一の期間・料金で継続されます。
2. 自動更新の管理およびキャンセルは、Apple IDの設定画面から行えます。

第3条（料金・支払い）

1. 料金はAppleのApp Storeを通じて請求され、購入確定時にお支払いが発生します。
2. 返金はAppleの規約に基づき、原則として行われません。

第4条（利用環境）

本サービスの提供に必要な通信費や端末費用は、利用者が負担するものとします。

第5条（契約の終了）

ユーザーが購読をキャンセルした場合、残りの期間について日割り返金は行われません。購読期間終了日まではサービスを利用できます。

第6条（プライバシー）

本サービスの利用にあたっては、プライバシーポリシー に従います。

第7条（規約の変更）

本規約の内容は、予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後は、最新の規約が適用されます。

ReadMaster Subscription Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the subscription services ("Service") provided in the ReadMaster app ("App"). Please read them carefully before using the Service.

Article 1 (Subscription Overview)

1. The Service, called “ReadMaster Plus,” offers the following benefits during the subscription period:
   • Unlocks restricted features
   • Access to special background images and BGM
2. Subscription types and prices:
   • ReadMaster Plus (Monthly): ¥200 / month
   • ReadMaster Plus (6 months): ¥1,000 / 6 months

Article 2 (Auto-Renewal)

1. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
2. Users can manage or cancel their subscription through their Apple ID settings.

Article 3 (Payment)

1. Payment will be charged to the user’s Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
2. Refunds are not provided except as required by Apple’s policies.

Article 4 (Usage Environment)

Users are responsible for any data communication or device costs required to use the Service.

Article 5 (Cancellation)

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of the current period. Partial refunds are not available.

Article 6 (Privacy)

The Service follows our Privacy Policy.

Article 7 (Amendments)

These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always apply.
